MarketWatch tells us from Toronto, Canada, Innovative Composites International, Inc. (ICI) the maker of EcoScapes modular homes, announces its financial results for the second fiscal quarter of 2012. Revenues of $1,042,704 were up $135,764 from $906,940 in the first fiscal quarter 2012. Cost of sales for Q2 2012 amounted to $953,740, while operating expenses for that period were $3.1 million, as the company expanded a plant in Michigan, opened one in South Carolina, and acquired the assets of another firm. As of March 31, 2012, ICI had working capital of $9.7 million. The company will host a conference call May 30, 2012 at 2 PM eastern time to discuss these results. Their modular housing units, designed especially for remote locations and for shelter following catastrophes, consist of panels made from thermoplastic fibre reinforced composite of recyclable materials.
