Synopsis: The world was once filled with gods of various powers and strengths, however over throughout the ages they faded, both from myth and existence itself but over the years new gods here chosen and rose to prominence in heaven. Or at least so human?s believed. The Truth is that regardless of the creator of the universe role in everyday life those that the Humans called gods were not some spiritual beings but rather real creatures in the flesh. Real gods, with real power. They vanished for generations after the beings with such power dwindled, but now a new generation of humans have taken the world and soon so will a new generation of gods.

Opening: You are a regular human or at least were until while taking part in the modern world, surfing the web or texting or doing something of the computer era, received a message from an unknown source. Upon opening the message to check the contents you saw nothing but a stream of numbers. That?s all you remember, because after that you passed out, and now find yourself somewhere overlooking the clouds. Welcome to the Olympus Towers, a huge skyscraper in New York and you just happen to be holding the deed to one of the many Presidential Suits at the top of the tower. The question is will you sign the Lease in your hand or not. Oh, and by the way, you?re a god now!

Lore: In the ancient past humans worshiped the gods and were granted good fortune for their praise. This good fortune was a reward to the humans for providing their power to the gods, how? By the moon. The moon, that great sphere, is truly a titanic complex whose purpose is to gather the Physic energy of the entire human race in the form of their prayers and channel it to the gods on the Earth below. For years the gods battled and their numbers dimmed as they fought, eventually it seems they all vanished and the moons energy went un-harvested. That is until now. You were chosen to be granted some of that power. BY whom and for what purpose is unclear. Though maybe if you read the lease you may uncover some clues or maybe ask the other tenants.

Goal: to uncover why you were chosen, and to either become the leaders of humanity that the world now needs or to gather more power by destroying the other humans now blessed with godly powers. Which will you do? Save humanity or save yourself.

Powers: Each god will have a basic power base as well as having access to a higher tier of abilities based on elements or energies. The way to grow more powerful is to best the other tenants in battle and steal their link code (that will be explained in game) so as to steal the energy from the moon that should go to them. How much you steal varies but eventually a god will lose all their power and return to being a human like everyone else, assuming the person or god who stole their last bit of power doesn?t destroy them utterly at the time.

P.S.: By the way, just to let you know since you?re a god and all now, the World is going to end soon so yeah, have fun with that!

I?ve got the world fleshed out, though its poorly presented here, and this takes place in the modern era, basically I?m giving you free roam on the characters, be a god, or a human. A god can look like a human or a demon; they can have powers like a mage or like a werewolf. Point is while no, you aren?t going to be a stereotypical monster here you can still play like one, though try and be more creative please, you?re a god now after all. The storyline will take place in New York City and other major real world centers and oh, one more thing, don?t go around telling the world you?re a god now, k? That would be complicated.

The story is going to be character driven for the most part, while there is an overarching tale on the macro level most players will play on the micro level. Also just know that if are interested in this I?ll take reservations for some of the god names if you want but if you vanish in the game without telling us I won?t be letting it die for your sake, so we?ll probably take your powers and kick you to the curb. You join this game you?re in it for the long run please.

The plot and Storyline including major NPC?s and Characters not made by players are of my creation and I reserve all rights to them in a court of law. To my knowledge there are no stories exactly like this out there so I?m going to claim it as I am writing this down people, so try to be clever please, this is for posterity.
